No. They apply with a form on the stall page and get a link to check the status, plus an e-mail with the decision.

What if my hall plan is unusual?

The spreadsheet import handles merged cells, zones and plan elements, and the editor lets you fix the result. If that isn't enough, we'll prepare the plan for you within 2 working days.

Where is exhibitor data stored?

On servers in the European Union. Each venue is separated from the others, only invited people have access, and a data processing agreement is part of the terms.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you can export your data to CSV beforehand.

Upload a spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of the plan
A spreadsheet with stall numbers becomes a clickable plan: merged cells are larger stalls, text becomes entrances and aisles. A photo of a sketch or a PDF page works too: Standbook reads the stall codes and their arrangement. No file? Use the grid generator or the editor.

Exhibitors apply themselves
They pick a day, click a free stall and send an application, for several dates at once if they like. No account, no phone call to the office.

You approve and run the day
Approve applications, tick off attendance on your phone on market day and mark payments. At the end of the month the summary is ready.

A separate plan for each market day, with the hall layout chosen by weekday.
Regular exhibitors
Permanent pitches are taken automatically. A reported absence frees the stall for that one day.
Waiting list
When the day is full, an exhibitor joins the list and gets an e-mail as soon as a stall frees up.
No double bookings
One stall, one day, one exhibitor. Conflicts are blocked on approval and when dragging on the plan.
Attendance and payments
An attendance list on your phone, a payment status on every stall, a monthly summary for invoicing.
E-mails to exhibitors
Application receipt, the decision, a reminder the day before and a bulk message to everyone booked on a given day.
Team
Helpers with limited permissions and a change log that names the author of every action.
Five languages
The panel and the exhibitor pages in English, German, Czech, French and Polish. E-mails in the exhibitor's language.

In practice

Market hall · 49 stalls · twice a week

Regulars keep their pitches, the rest is up for grabs

On market day a helper ticks off attendance on a phone. At the end of the month the organiser has a list ready for invoicing, with no spreadsheet and no phone calls.

Christmas market · 120 stalls · once a year

Applications open in September, the plan is public

Exhibitors choose a chalet and apply with a description of their range. The organiser approves in batches and makes sure there aren't three mulled-wine stalls in a row.

Breakfast market · 30 stalls · every Saturday

One application for several Saturdays

When the day is full, the waiting list takes over. An exhibitor who drops out frees the stall with one click and the first person on the list gets an e-mail.
